      • Rych Auntie Vibezz greatly appreciates all of you and aspire to meet all of our customer's needs and requests. Unfortunately, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.  We are making this choice in part due to COVID-19, this may change in the future once we identify ways to keep us all safe.
      • However, you can get store credit (in the form of a gift card that will be issued under your contact info) in the amount of the original purchase price. The item must be UNWORN, TAGS ATTACHED, & DELIVERED back to us within 7 days of the original delivery.  Please send items to:

      • *** Please note: all bodysuits & swimsuits are final sale. No returns No exchanges. Due to sanitary reasons we will not accept any returns or exchanges for the bodysuits and/or swimsuits for any reason even if it has not been opened. If you are unsure about your size please order only 1 that way you can confirm your size or reach out to us prior to ordering.

      Store credit will be issued within 72 hours of receipt via email. In the event, that we are not open and the package is delivered during that time frame, your 72 hours will begin upon us opening back up. (Check our shipping tab alongside our social media for any closure updates.)

      While shopping to purchase, keep in mind our size chart, product description, and models. Please contact us for any concerns or thoughts. 

      Items are sold as-is! If you are not sure about the color, product details, description, sizing material/fabric, and/or ANY OR ALL details about an item please be sure to reach out. Once you've made a purchase, that purchase is final.

      Damages and issues

      • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item we can evaluate the issue and FIND WHAT WE THINK IS THE BEST SOLUTION. 
 
  • ALL LUXURY/DESIGNER CONSIGNMENT ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC AND HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE. THEY ARE USED IN GREAT CONDITION. THEY ARE SOLD AS-IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
