Rych Auntie Vibezz greatly appreciates our customers and strives to meet all your needs and requests. However, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges - all sales are final.

 

Store Credit

If you need to return an item, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card issued under your contact info for the original purchase price.

To qualify for store credit, the item must be:

•UNWORN

•TAGS ATTACHED

•RETURNED within 14 days of the original delivery date

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us via email within 24 hours if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and determine the best solution.

Processing Store Credit

Store credit will be issued via email within 72 hours of receipt. If we are closed when your return is delivered, processing will begin once we reopen. (Check our Shipping Tab or social media for closure updates.)
